We provide non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and related mobility services in the Indianapolis area. All rides are subject to availability, scheduling, and confirmation.

Bookings and Cancellations

• Ride requests are confirmed once we communicate acceptance to you.
• Please provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and timing details.
• We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible so we can serve other riders.

Rider Responsibilities

Riders are expected to be ready at the scheduled time and to provide any information needed for a safe and comfortable trip. For everyone's safety, our drivers may decline service in situations that pose a risk.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe, timely, and dependable service, we are not liable for delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care; in an emergency, call 911.
